Our Origin Story

I started my career working as the Director of an IT College. Though it was a business role, I quickly had to learn all things Tech. What a learning curve! I quickly gravitated toward cybersecurity as my focus.

While taking care of my grandparents, I saw first hand how often they were victim to so many fraudulent scams. From tech scams, local contractor scams, social media scams, political donation scams, Medicare scams, and more.

This was in 2020 to 2023 and I was seeing at least 1 scam a week. Luckily I was there to assist them. And since they lived in a retirement community, I was also lent out to all their friends who needed help! In 2025, it happened to my Dad (read the story here) and I realized that there needed to be more resources and support for people that are being scammed. From this need... Flex & Siege events was born.

Our Goal is to make sure that help, education, and community resources are available to those that need it through our Fraud Prevention Program and Trusted Partners.
